Jessica Sauber has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation. Immediately before joining DKM Law Group, she represented plaintiffs in matters involving products liability, premises liability, personal injury, and other complex disputes. Her experience includes significant first- and second-chair trial experience in both jury and bench trials, including high-stakes matters.

Jessica began her legal career as a paralegal, spending a decade gaining experience in civil litigation and with the Orange County District Attorney’s Office’s Gang Unit. She has also completed intensive trial advocacy training at the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers' College in Wyoming. 

Jessica earned her J.D. from Trinity Law School in Santa Ana, California where she served as Editor-in-Chief on Law Review. She has been licensed to practice law in California since 2019. 

Outside of her practice, Jessica is an avid reader and traveler who enjoys immersing herself in different cultures.
