Jessica Marshall practiced personal injury law for six years before joining DKM. Jessica handled numerous disputes from motor vehicles accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, dog attacks and trucking litigation. She conducted four jury trials and one bench trial as lead trial attorney. She applies this knowledge and experience to insurance coverage and bad faith issues.

Jessica received her J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego in 2017, and her B.A. from San Diego State University.

In her free time, she spends time her with her family, travels and cooks.
