Damian Stutz’s practice focuses on insurance defense, insurance bad faith claims, business litigation, insurance coverage disputes, and other commercial litigation. His experience encompasses all phases of litigation, from pre-suit evaluation through trial. Damian has litigated a variety of complex civil matters, from multi-state class actions, product liability claims, and breach of contract cases.
Damian received his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2009, graduating cum laude, and his B.S. from the University of Oregon in 2000. Following law school, Damian practiced law in Chicago and Miami for several years.
Since returning to the Pacific Northwest, Damian has worked as an Attorney Advisor for the United States District Court of Oregon and in a similar capacity for the Bonneville Power Administration. Immediately prior to joining DKM Law Group, Damian worked at two civil litigation firms in Portland specializing in insurance defense.
