Mitchel Wilson’s practice involves a broad range of insurance coverage and financial services litigation. Mitch’s experience includes complex commercial litigation and statutory compliance in residential real estate. He has litigated a variety of cases involving premises liability, product liability, trespass, defamation, commercial leases, remediation and repair liability, dram-shop liability, commercial carrier liability, and more. Mitch has authored prevailing briefs in Washington State’s Court of Appeals as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. 

Mitch graduated cum laude from Seattle University School of Law in 2014. In law school, he received the highest-grade awards in Property Law and Professional Responsibility. During his third year, Mitch interned with Justice Debra Stephens of the Washington State Supreme Court. Mitch received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Washington. Mitch is admitted in Washington State, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. 

Before joining DKM, Mitch worked for an insurance litigation firm in Seattle and has also worked in real estate law.
