Melissa O’Connor has over 10 years of experience in a wide range of civil litigation matters.  Her experience ranges from transactional and pre-litigation matters all the way through litigation and case resolution, including arbitration and trial.  Melissa has extensive deposition experience in addition to mediation and frequent law and motion appearances.

Her practice areas include insurance litigation, real estate, landlord-tenant and insurance coverage.  Melissa has appeared regularly in state and federal courts throughout California.

Melissa received her J.D. from Northeastern University in 2007.  While in law school, Melissa was a judicial clerk for the Honorable Patti B. Saris of the United State District Court, District of Massachusetts.  Melissa received her B.A. from the University of Delaware in 2004. 

Prior to joining the firm, Melissa worked for 9 years as the senior litigation associate at a civil litigation firm specializing in insurance defense.
